  • Ronan Kennedy | Interim CEO (2023) /CFO (2020)

    Mr. Kennedy has served as Interim CEO since March 2023 and CFO since late 2020. Prior to joining cbdMD Mr. Kennedy spent 14 years in private equity where he spent time both on the investment team and as a C-level executive in PE backed investments. Mr. Kennedy received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and a M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.

    Dr. Swift was the Associate Director for Research and Strategy at FDA’s Office of Dietary Supplement Programs. She has also served as the SVP for Scientific & Regulatory Affairs at the Natural Products Association. Dr. Swift is currently the CSO for cbdMD and co-chair of cbdMD Therapeutics.

    Mr. Stephen has over 30 years of business experience encompassing roles as Chief Operating Officer for an online marketing company as well as for Playboy Enterprises, as well as serving as President of Guaranteed Rate Insurance. He currently series as Chief Growth Officer of Guaranteed Rate Inc. a residential mortgage company.

    Mr. Raines has over 35 years of business experience which includes time as Corporate Controller of Speedway Motorsports, Inc. and General Manager of SMI Properties as well as CEO and CFO of Intermark Brands, the manufacturer of Blu, an e-cigarette. He currently serves as CEO of DataTech Global, a technology company.
